Invite tender to the contractor for execution of repair work.
Prepare comparative statement among the entire tender.
Assisting the society to choose the contractor for allotting repair work.
Consultant gives periodic visit on site to maintain the quality and progress of repair work.
Verify the measurement and bill of contractor.
